Sam Humphries
Chief Execuitive
Sam is a mechanical production engineer by profession. He has over 20 years’ experience of the charity sector and joined Harmoni in October 2015 having spent the 10 years prior to that as CEO of USEL. Sam’s key theme for Harmoni is to “do more for more” and this has formed the core underpinning of the strategic direction over the past 10 years.
Maurice Goodwin
General Manager
Maurice has been working at Harmoni since 2014. He is the general manager for the organisation and oversees the operations of the charity at both sites in Bangor and Belfast. Maurice had a personal link with Harmoni before becoming general manager, his brother Denis was a resident of the Stuart Memorial House Nursing Home for 10 years before passing away.
Maurice has 25+ years’ experience working in senior management roles in various companies. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping up with sports, in particular football and golf.
Alice Bradley
Finance Manager
Alice has been working at Harmoni since 2017 as the organisations finance manager. Her role involves looking after and overseeing the finances of the organisation. Before working at Harmoni Alice was a chartered accountant for a practice firm in Belfast.
In her spare time Alice enjoys running and playing football. She also coaches’ football for the DC Diamonds.
Heather Hanson
HR Manager
Heather joined Harmoni in 2025 as HR Manager and is responsible for the HR function of the organisation. Before joining Harmoni, Heather worked in human resource management in the professional service sector. Heather is a Member of CIPD and holds a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys walking along the fabulous North Down coast and gardening.
Mark Wilkinson
Registered Manager Stricklands Care Village
Mark joined Harmoni in 2025 as the Registered Manager of Stricklands Care Village. Mark has many years experience in the Supported Living Sector and is responsible for the smooth running of the service. Mark holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care and a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management. In his spare time, Mark likes watching and taking part in sports; mainly football and snooker.
Natasha Hull
Deputy Manager Stricklands Care Village
Natasha joined Harmoni in 2014 as a Support Care Worker at Stricklands Care Village whilst studying for her degree in Health and Social Care Policy. Natasha applied for the Team Leader role in 2019 and was promoted to Deputy Manager in 2025. Also in 2025, Natasha obtained a Level 5 diploma in Health & Social Care. Natasha enjoys spending quality time with her young family and following ice hockey in her spare time.
