The Opening of The Norman Carson Memorial Garden at Strickland’s

On Friday at Strickland’s, the official grand opening of the Norman Carson Memorial Garden took place as a tribute to HarmonI’s late Chairman. The afternoon started off rainy, but the sun soon came out as Norman’s family joined staff and residents to cut the ribbon and officially open the garden. A lovely afternoon was had by all.

The fully accessible sensory garden was designed and built by clients at Utility Street Hostel through the Keys to Life Programme. Over the summer the guys worked hard to create a space residents can enjoy for years to come. Thank you to all involved in the build and design, fantastic work!
